Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Goes Live with OIS Money Market Manager™ Issuer Paying Agent Solution

SANDY HOOK, CT, May 17, 2002 - Open Information Systems, a leading provider of Web Enablement and Corporate Trust Accounting systems, announced today that Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Trust Co.'s Corporate Trust division has gone into production with its installation of OIS' Information Manager™ and Money Market Manager™ software products.

OIS Money Market Manager provides a complete Issue/Paying Agent administrative and operational environment for Corporate Trust departments servicing domestic and off shore Commercial Paper and Medium Term Note issuers. Installed with OIS Information Manager, the system permits Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi to provide its customers with Internet delivered deal approval and real time reporting services. The implementation of OIS Money Market Manager is the first phase in a multiphase project to renovate the Bank's Corporate Trust infrastructure.
